Speaking Sessions:

Douglas Anson

As a 30+ year high-tech veteran, Douglas has been involved in many technological areas providing the entire range of vision, strategy, and implementation/development in various roles. His primary areas of focus include: edge/ML, industrial IoT, cloud computing, edge/IoT computing, embedded devices, and protocol development/mapping/integration. He has a MS degree in Computer Science from The University of Delaware and a BS in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin St. University. When not working on high tech, he is a commercially rated pilot and aircraft owner who loves to explore the great state of Texas in search of the "$100 hamburger". He is also an actively practicing mixed martial arts student working towards his first degree blackbelt.

Chen Su

Chen Su is a Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager at NVIDIA. He is passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams and growing businesses fueled by IoT, AI, robotics and edge computing. Bringing clarity and creativity to cutting-edge technology and tools, he drove dynamic messaging and engagements to help global developers and partners achieve faster time to value and outcomes. Chen has a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Melky Rebolledo

Melky Rebolledo is a Product Manager at Advantech USA. He helps manage Advantech’s video product portfolio, specializing in Machine Vision applications in the Industrial Automation space. He strives to learn about customer pain points and emerging needs to guide his product strategy for Advantech’s Industrial Camera product line (ICAM) and to smoothe the transition from rule-based to AI-based machine vision systems for ISVs and system integrators. Melky has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of California San Diego; and while not afraid of getting technical, he appreciates understanding the appropriate feature sets that turn products into useful, marketable solutions.

Join us on 25 April at 12:20-12:35 at the Embedded Park and Speakers Center for a presentation from Jim Bruges, Edge Impulse solutions engineer.

Jim Bruges is a seasoned Solutions Engineer at Edge Impulse, a company leading the charge in Edge AI innovation. Working with customers across industries including healthcare, industrial IOT, wearables and more, Jim has seen how Edge AI can be brought into today's products to provide valuable insights and meaning to the data these devices produce. By applying his previous experience in a wide range of engineering disciplines, including 4 years at Dyson, he advises clients about AI at the Edge and is an expert in Edge use-cases.
