Thomas Soederholm

Thomas has a background in electronics with a Master’s degree in Computers and Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He has been with Nordic Semiconductor for 25 years and held positions as digital designer, regional sales manager and business development manager. He is currently leading the business development team at Nordic Semiconductor while also focusing on applications in the health and wellness market.

Alessandro Grande

Alessandro is a seasoned tech innovator and product leader with a passion for transforming cutting-edge ideas into practical solutions that genuinely enhance customers’ lives. His journey began as a developer evangelist and ecosystem manager at Arm, where he gathered invaluable insights into the IoT and edge AI space. Today, as the Head of Product at Edge Impulse, Alessandro is focused on a mission to revolutionize the edge machine learning development journey for engineering teams creating revolutionary products. At Edge Impulse, he thrives on collaborating with the team to meet customer demands and pushing the boundaries of what’s achievable in the world of edge AI. Alessandro’s commitment to innovation and connecting individuals led him to the role of chair at the 2023 TinyML EMEA Innovation Forum. Here, he established a dynamic platform for like-minded innovators in the tinyML field to unite and collectively drive the industry forward.

Jim Bruges is a seasoned Solutions Engineer at Edge Impulse, a company leading the charge in Edge AI innovation. Working with customers across industries including healthcare, industrial IOT, wearables and more, Jim has seen how Edge AI can be brought into today's products to provide valuable insights and meaning to the data these devices produce. By applying his previous experience in a wide range of engineering disciplines, including 4 years at Dyson, he advises clients about AI at the Edge and is an expert in Edge use-cases.
